Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that the petitioner has himself not yet acted in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 12.04.2022 wherein it is specifically recorded that the petitioner herein was to transfer "...his share in the "Two Room Set" on the Ground Floor of built up property bearing no. House No. 153, Ground Floor, Mochi Bagh Village, Near Satya Niketan Mandir, Moti Bagh, New Delhi to his wife Monica Mitter...", as he has only executed a Special Power of Attorney dated 06.01.2026 in favour of the respondent no.2 qua the same. 2.
He, thus, submits that the present petition is per se not maintainable. 3.
Considering the same, this Court is does not see any reason for allowing the present petition.

As such, the present petition alongwith pending application is dismissed and disposed of.
