% 25.04.2016 The petitioner is seeking allotment of an alternative plot in lieu of his land acquired vide award dated 19th September, 1986. Let the copy of this writ petition be treated as petitioner's representation by respondent No.2. Respondent shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the legal representatives of the deceased and thereafter shall pass a reasoned order within a period of six weeks from today.

Respondent No.2 shall communicate the reasoned decision to the petitioner within a period of two weeks of the passing of the order.

This petition is disposed of in the above terms. All the pending applications are also disposed of.

Needless to say that if the petitioner is not satisfied with the decision of the respondent No.2, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law.
