O R D E R

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.846/2014 under Section 498A/406 of the IPC Police Station New Ashok Nagar. Section 494 of the IPC has been added in the charge sheet filed with the Trial Court.

The petitioner was granted interim protection on 12.05.2017 and was directed to join investigation as and when so directed by the Investigating Officer.

Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner did join investigation in terms of the directions of the Investigating Officer. The investigation in the case is complete and the charge sheet has BAIL APPLN. 885/2017

already been filed.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the arresting officer/Investigating Officer/SHO on furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/Investigating Officer/SHO. The petitioner shall not do anything which shall either prejudice the trial or prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every date fixed by the Trial Court unless so specifically exempted by the Trial Court.

Copy of the order be given Dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
