% 16.08.2018 Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State refers to the Status Report dated 11th August, 2018, according to which, considering the MLC and the grievous injuries suffered by the petitioner, Section 325 of the IPC has been added to the FIR and the Charge-sheet has been filed.

He submits that in the cross FIR, investigation is complete. In view of above, no further orders are required in this case. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
