% 02.05.2018 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may be pleased to:
a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari seeking quashing of letter No.ADC/FLD/CSK/2018/Dy. No. 7779/18/2752 dated 26.03.2018 issued by respondent No.1 to respondent No.2; and b) Issue a Writ of Certiorari seeking quashing of letter No. No.ADC/FL/SDMC/CSK/2018/Dy.

During the course of hearing, my attention has been drawn to the communication dated April 24, 2018 of the SDMC which is a response to a representation dated April 03, 2018 given on behalf of the petitioner seeking a personal hearing. The said request was acceded to vide the said letter and April 27, 2018 was fixed for personal hearing. It is noted as the concerned representative of the petitioner was out of station, the SDMC was called upon to re-fix the date of personal hearing between May 01, 2018 to May 05, 2018.
Mr. Mohit Gupta states, representative of the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Officer on any date as fixed by the Court. This submission is acceptable to the learned counsel for the respondent SDMC. Accordingly, the representative of the petitioner shall appear before the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Factory Licensing) on May 07, 2018 at 11:00 A.M., on which date the concerned Officer of the respondents shall give a hearing to the representative of the petitioner and pass order in accordance with law. If the petitioner is still aggrieved with the said order,
liberty shall be with the petitioner to seek such remedy as available in law. Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions states, till such time the order is passed, no coercive action shall be taken. The statement is taken on record. The petition is disposed of. CM No. 15535/2018 (for stay) Dismissed as infructuous.
