HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL GAUR

% 15.05.2017 Violation of order of 8th November, 2016 is alleged in this petition. Vide aforesaid order, a direction was issued to respondents to publish Medical Examination Results for the post in question. It is not in dispute that the Results of aforesaid Medical Examination have been published. However, the stand of petitioner's counsel is that petitioner was declared fit in the Medical Examination, but still she is not being given appointment.
Learned counsel for respondents submits that petitioner could not be appointed despite clearing the Medical Examination for the reason that she is overage in her category.
At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner CONT.CAS(C) 252/2017
is to be considered in the category of Ex-Servicemen Quota and once it is so done, then petitioner would not be overage. Be that as it may. Since the direction issued on 8th November, 2016 has been complied with, therefore, no orders are called for in this petition. However, liberty is granted to petitioner to avail of the remedies as available to her in law.
With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. (SUNIL GAUR) JUDGE MAY 15, 2017 s CONT.CAS(C) 252/2017
