They also state that a similar writ petition was listed before Hon'ble Mr. Justice Najmi Waziri on April 16, 2018 which was dismissed.
Mr. S.K. Khanna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners at this stage states, he shall approach the Division Bench by way of an appropriate application by tomorrow.
