The application seeks correction of the judgment of the Court dated 25.10.2016. It is stated that in the first instance, the Court observed that the appeal relates to AY 2008-09 whereas it actually relates to AY 2009-10. This position is borne out by the records and, therefore, not disputed. Instead of reference to AY 2008-09, the judgment shall be referred to as referring to AY 2009-10. The application is allowed in these terms.
