Pass any other order(s) as this hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice, equity, and good conscience. b. And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall duty bound ever pray." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition.
