the rate of ₹70,000/- per month in terms of the directions of this Court dated 19.09.2019 in CRL. REV. Petition No.18/2018 and final order of the Trial Court dated 18.04.2023.

During the course of the arguments, it is acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the maintenance was paid up to June, 2020 but thereafter, the respondent has been deliberately keeping himself away by not appearing before the Court and is deliberately flouting the directions of this Court. 11.

After some arguments, since it is acknowledged that an execution application has been filed before the concerned learned Judge, Family Court, the present petition is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court concerned and seek an appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 12.

The right of the petitioner to approach this Court in the future, if need be, stands reserved.
