The petition is for setting aside the purported directions dated 17.10.2025 issued by respondent no. 2-National Commission for Scheduled Castes (Commission) to police authorities against the petitioner. 2.

As of now, there does not seem to be any order passed by the Commission. The grievance of the petitioner seems to be that, pursuant to the purported direction dated 17.10.2025, the police at Bombay are repeatedly calling the petitioner for an inquiry. It is seen that, therefore, the cause of action for the petition has essentially arisen outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

The petitioner, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the jurisdictional High Court, where, as of now, the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
