% 16.05.2018 Injured was discharged from the hospital same day. His injury has been opined as simple by the doctor. Petitioner is in custody for the last two months.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
