CONT.CAS(C) 285/2018 Learned counsel for the respondent states that a speaking order dated April 16, 2018, has been passed, which is in compliance of order of which non compliance is alleged. Even though, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not aware of this fact, a copy of the order has been handed over to her.

In view of the fact that a speaking order has been passed and the order has been complied with, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners if aggrieved by the said order to challenge the same in accordance with law.
