% 02.05.2018 Pursuant to the last order dated 20.04.2018, Mr. Kamal Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent no.3/school informs the Court that, the respondent no.3 has conducted the requisite verification and found that the petitioner's son is entitled to be granted admission. He also assures the Court that the petitioner's son would be granted admission in Nursery under OBC category for the academic year 2018-19 within one week from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.3, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

The petition alongwith pending application is disposed of as not pressed.
