Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, from the petitioner who is present in person submits that before the next date of hearing without prejudice to his rights and contentions, he will pay an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- to the respondent by way of monthly installment of Rs. 1.5 Lakhs.

Let the first installment of Rs. 1.5 lakhs be paid by 20.02.2020 and thereafter at the interval of each month and the last installment of Rs.50,000/- be paid on or before the next date of hearing. 3.
