% 04.05.2018 This petition has been filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') praying for extension of time for making of the arbitral Award. Counsel for the respondent who appears on an advance notice submits that the respondent has no objection to the prayer made in the petition being granted.

Having perused the contents of the petition and no objection given by the counsel for the respondent, time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of one year with effect from today.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
