By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of taking care of his mother who is suffering from kidney and gall bladder stone problem.

Notice. Learned ASC for the State accepts notice. 3.
Nominal roll of the petitioner has also been placed on record as per which the Petitioner has availed two weeks furlough w.e.f. 19.12.2015 to 02.01.2016.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is rejected at this stage. However, the petitioner W.P.(CRL) 1099/2016
may approach the Court as and when the necessity arises or surgery of his mother is scheduled.

The writ petition is dismissed.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
