By way of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of taking of his wife as well as for maintaining social ties.

Notice. Learned ASC for the State accepts notice. 3.

Status report has been filed by the State mentioning therein that the wife of petitioner got admitted in Saroj Super Speciality Hospital on 29.02.2016 and she has been discharged from the hospital on 23.03.2016. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the wife of the petitioner has been discharge from the hospital and she needs to be taken care of, hence petitioner may be granted parole to enable him to take care of his wife.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer W.P.(CRL) 1098/2016

of the petitioner is allowed to the extent that the Petitioner is granted parole for a period of two weeks from the date of his release, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent and subject to the condition that he shall keep the concerned Jail Superintendent as well as SHO/Duty Officer, P.S. Adarsh Nagar, Delhi informed about his place of residence during the period of parole as well as his contact numbers i.e. mobile, landline or both.

It is, however, made clear that on expiry of the parole period, the Petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent, who shall submit the surrender report to this Court. 7.

Writ Petition stands allowed in the above terms. 8.

The Petitioner be informed through the Jail Superintendent about the order passed.
