% 04.05.2016 CS(OS) 2117/2014 Learned counsel for defendant no.1&3 has submitted that inadvertently due to clerical mistake, it was got recorded in the order dated 12.10.2015 in IA No.9137/2015 and CC No.89/2015 that the same were filed on behalf of defendant no.1 to 4, whereas they were filed on behalf of defendant no.1&3 only and has requested that the said order may accordingly be read and corrected, to which learned counsel for plaintiff has no objection. Ordered accordingly.

Learned counsels for parties present have submitted that the original suit as well as counter claim have separate jurisdictional value less than Rs.2 crore each and accordingly the matter needs to be transferred to the concerned District Court having pecuniary and territorial jurisdiction. Accordingly, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld.
