O R D E R

% 17.03.2017 The learned counsel for the respondent states that the selection of developer for setting up and operation of 'Rail Neer' packaged drinking water plants at Sankrail (Hawrah) and district Hapur (UP) have already been done and the contracts for the same have already been awarded. The present petition is concerned only with the plant at district Hapur (U.P).

In view of this statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may have to amend the writ petition to a large extent and would also be required to add the party who has been awarded the contract, as a respondent. Since this would require a lot of change in the writ petition, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, incorporating all these changes.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The sealed envelope filed as Annexure P-7 collectively shall be retained without opening.
