As per the status report FIR No. 152/2018 under Sections 498A/406/354A/354B/34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 has since been registered at PS Fatehpur Beri, Delhi on 1st May, 2018.

Learned APP for the State fairly submits that till date no approval of arrest of the petitioner has been sought and granted by the competent authority. In view of this statement made by learned APP for State on instructions from the Investigating Officer, bail application is disposed of BAIL APPLN. 885/2018

with directions that in case approval for arrest of the petitioner is sought and granted, the petitioner would be given five days prior notice of arrest. 4.
