O R D E R

% 16.05.2016 The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the father of the missing girl, namely, Ragini. On the last date of hearing, the missing girl Ragini was produced in Court. She stated that she has married respondent no.4, Vikram @ Vicky out of her own free will and she would like to reside with Vikram. We had asked the parents of the Vikram @ Vicky and the girl to be present in Court.

According to Ragini, she is 19 years of age. The petitioner is unsure about the age of her daughter. According to him, she would be either 17 or 18 years of age. Mobile Numbers 9818254358(mother), 09519116021(U.P.) and 9999031738 (Rajiv) have been provided by of Vikram @ Vicky to the petitioner. The parties undertake not to cause any interference in the day-to-day

life of each other. Parties to remain bound by the undertaking given to Court. Taking into consideration and having regard to the statements made, the petition is not pressed.
