Mr. Priyadarshi Manish, Ms. Anjali J. Manish, Mr. P.C. Patnaik and Ms. Nidhi Saini, Advs.
versus UNION OF INDIA AND ORS.
..... Respondents Through :
Mr. Kirtiman Singh, CGSC
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SHAKDHER
O R D E R
% 17.04.2018 1.
It is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner that with regard to the impugned decision, a writ petition was filed in this court, which was dismissed as withdrawn.
1.2 For this purpose, my attention has been fairly drawn by learned counsel for the petitioner to the order dated 1.8.2017, passed in WP(C)No.6229/2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that at the time when the petition was withdrawn, inadvertently, liberty was not sought. 1.3 Mr. Kirtiman Singh, who appears on advance notice on behalf of the respondents, objects to the submission made by counsel for the petitioner. W.P.(C) 3751/2018
2.
Given these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the captioned writ petition with liberty to take recourse to an appropriate proceeding qua the order dated 1.8.2017, passed in WP(C)No.6229/2017.
3.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.
Pending application is, accordingly, closed.
