By virtue of the present petition under Section 438 read with Section 442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner inter alia seeks setting aside of the order dated 08.10.2025 passed by the learned ASJ (SCRC)-01, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in SC No.227/2024 entitled 'State vs. Sunny & Ors.' arising out of FIR No.738/2021 dated 31.12.2021 registered at P.S.: Jyoti Nagar under Sections 376/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
