O R D E R
% 04.02.2016 Counsel for the petitioner states that looking to the special circumstances of the case inasmuch as late Sh. Suresh Kumar Chaturvedi, was a, "pigmy agent", of the petitioner bank; and without setting any precedent in this behalf, the bank has offered a sum of Rs.1 lakh to the legal representatives of late Sh. Suresh Kumar Chaturvedi, who are before this Court, in full and final settlement of all claims and dues of late Sh. Suresh Kumar Chaturvedi.
Counsel for the respondent states that the same is acceptable to him. Consequently, and as agreed, let the said amount of Rs.1 lakh be disbursed to the respondents / legal representatives by the relevant branch of Syndicate Bank at Mathura, which was dealing with late Sh. Suresh Kumar Chaturvedi. The said disbursement to be made to the respondents / LRs of late Sh. Suresh Kumar Chaturvedi within four weeks from today.
The petition, along with CM Appln. No.9872/2010, stands disposed off in terms of the aforesaid settlement.
