% 23.07.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 6th July, 2015.

Not only this suit but CS(OS) No.

2198/2012 titled M/s. Epic (India) Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Peeush Kumar Goyal has also been settled.

Terms of the settlement have been recorded in the proceeding-sheets before the learned Mediator dated 6th July, 2015, which has been signed by the parties. This fact has been admitted by the counsels for the parties.

Accordingly, suit is disposed of in terms of Settlement Agreement "Mark C-1".

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement as contained in "Mark C-1".

Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, court fee be refunded to the

plaintiff and necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. A.K. PATHAK, J.
