O R D E R

% 21.10.2016 Both the parties agree with the view in the order dated 06.10.2016 passed by the Registrar (Original) to the effect that jurisdiction in the case vests at District Judge (New Delhi) at Patiala House Courts Complex.

Therefore, the case is transferred to the District Judge, (New Delhi) at Patiala House Courts.

The parties shall appear before the transferee court for further proceedings in accordance with law on 16th November, 2016. The District Judge (New Delhi) in his discretion may retain the file of the case on his own board or allocate to any Additional District Judge under his control.

The Registry shall take effective steps to ensure the file reaches the transferee court well in time.
