% 23.08.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 27th November, 2015 passed in LPA No. 534/2010 whereby the order dated 21st April, 2010 passed in W.P.(C) 10426/2006 along with connected matters was upheld and respondents were directed to restore the agency of the petitioner and make payment of renewal commission and arrears along with interest @ 6% p.a. within six weeks. In compliance affidavit, respondents states that they have complied with the orders of this Court dated 21st April, 2010 and 27th November, 2015 inasmuch as the agency code of the petitioner has been reinstated, renewal commission has been released to the petitioner and interest payment has also been made along with the cost.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's club membership has not been restored. However, this Court finds that there is no specific direction given either by the learned Single Judge or by the Division Bench for restoration of Club membership. Consequently, present contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner wishes, he can seek clarification from the Court which has disposed of the aforesaid LPA.
