% 19.03.2026 At the outset, it is pointed-out that the petitioner has impleaded the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (Mahila Court)-02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, who has passed order dated 01.11.2025 in MC No.207/2021; as well as the learned counsel, who had appeared for the opposing party in the execution proceedings, as respondent Nos. 1 and 3 respectively in the present proceedings. 2.
The allegation against respondents Nos.1 and 3, is that they are in contempt of order dated 13.10.2022 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court in CRL.REV.P. No. 675/2022.

In view of the above, this court has closely queried the petitioner, as to the basis for impleading the learned Magistrate as well as the learned counsel as contemnors in the matter.

certain inputs taken online. She states, that she has no grievance whatsoever insofar as the learned Magistrate and the learned counsel are concerned, and only wishes to impugn order dated 01.11.2025 passed by the learned Magistrate.

The petitioner accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The petitioner is an educated lady. She states that she is presently working at Infosys Limited; and it is evident that she clearly understands the purport of her actions in having filed the present petition.

Learned counsel who are present on behalf of respondent No.2 on advance copy, submit that they do not wish to press any action against the petitioner provided she withdraws the present petition as framed, while stating that she is of course entitled to adopt her remedies insofar as the order passed by the learned Magistrate is concerned, in accordance with law.

The petitioner has also expressed due apology for her conduct. 9.
In view of the above, this court is of the view that no further action is required against the petitioner.

However, considering the conduct of the petitioner, she is directed to sign a copy of this order in acknowledgment of what has been recorded.

A copy of this order has also been given to the petitioner. 12.
