The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeking direction to the Trial Court to expedite the hearing and strict case management in CS No. 644/2020. 5.

Heard. Record perused.

The Trial Court is proceeding with matters pending before it in accordance with its own board and pendency of the cases. In such circumstances, it would not be appropriate to pass any directions to the Trial Court to decide the present matter within a time bound manner.
