% 02.05.2018 Issue notice.

Mr. Jasmeet Singh, CGSC accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The appellant's grievance is that the learned Single Judge did not grant any effective relief with respect to the unreasoned order of blacklisting that prevents her from entering and participating in certain events.

On the previous date of hearing, this Court had required the Union of India to produce the reasoned order on its file. A copy of the file was shown to the Court. This Court is of the opinion that a

copy of the documents containing the reasons, which ultimately led to the blacklisting of the appellant, should be furnished to the appellant within five days from today. It is open to the appellant to then seek such modification or variation of the order dated 12.03.2018. Liberty in that regard is reserved.

The appeal is disposed of in above terms.

A copy of the order be given Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
