After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel representing the Appellants, in view of the observation recorded in the Impugned Order dated 24.09.2025, which was passed with the consent of counsel representing the parties, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge. The relevant observation reads as under: "10. Admittedly, the cars belong to the petitioners and it is agreed that all the cars detailed in Document 5 annexed with the petition shall be parked at Cars 24 Bhinder Farms, Makhan Majra Road, Chandigarh, New Grewal Farm 160101 within 10 days from today." 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the present Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
