The present Petition, filed under Section 11(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks appointment of Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes inter se the parties. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, after some arguments realizes that the place of Arbitration and Jurisdiction has been specifically hand written to be Kanpur. 3.

This Court also notes that the Loan Agreements were also executed in Kanpur and that the Respondents are residents of Kanpur. 4.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks and is granted liberty to withdraw the present Petition and file such appropriate proceedings, as permissible under law.
