CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI

O R D E R

% 28.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the Deputy Commissioner (North) to expedite his complaint dated 19th July, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have filed the petition under Section 85 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act before respondent No.3 in the year 1990, which has not been decided till date on the ground that the case file is missing. He submits that in these circumstances, the petitioner submitted a complaint to the Deputy Commissioner/respondent no.3, who has also not decided his complaint since the last two years. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the present, he would be satisfied if the Deputy Commissioner is directed to decide the petitioner‟s complaint in a time bound manner.

Ms.Hetu Arora, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 3, who

appears on advance notice does not oppose the aforesaid limited prayer. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the Deputy Commissioner to decide the petitioner‟s complaint dated 19th July, 2016, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within three months. Needless to say in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he will be at liberty to take legal recourse as permissible in law. Order dasti under the signature of the Court Master. REKHA PALLI, J.
