This present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to provide protection to them as they apprehend threat from respondents 3 & 4.

Despite repeated calls since morning, the petitioners are not present. 3.

In the status report, it is mentioned that when the police officials visited the petitioners, the petitioners stated that they have not received any threat from the parents of petitioner No.1.

It appears that the petitioners are not apprehending any threat from the parents of petitioner No.1 hence, they are not interested in prosecuting this writ petition.
