% 24.08.2018 Decree holder wishes to withdraw the present petition with permission to approach the Official Liquidator, who has been appointed to liquidate the assets of the Respondent company. Respondent has no objection if the permission as sought is granted. The liberty as sought is, accordingly, granted. It is further directed that if there is any outstanding amounts to be paid by the Decree Holder to ICICI as per judgment dated 8th July, 2016, the same shall be cleared upon ICICI furnishing the invoice of the outstanding amounts. Payment shall be made within a period of 8 weeks.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. All the pending I.As. also stand disposed of.
