We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 4.
The instant writ petition challenges the order dated 22.04.2024 passed by the Principal Bench, Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi whereby O.A.No.1103/2024 instituted by the respondent has been disposed of in terms of an order passed earlier in another O.A.No.597/2024, Deepak Yadav v. Staff Selection Commission & Ors., which was decided on 22.04.2024.

It is to be noticed that the Original Application filed by the petitioner and the one filed by Deepak Yadav both were decided on the same day by the Central Administrative Tribunal.

The Staff Selection Commission challenge the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in case of Deepak Yadav (supra)by instituting W.P.(C)10084/2024 before this Court, which was dismissed on 24.07.2024. Following the said order passed by this Court, another writ petition namely W.P.(C)17889/2024 has also been dismissed . 7.
Even otherwise, what we find is that the Original Application filed by the respondent has been disposed of by the Tribunal by simple direction of constituting a Medical Board including a Dermatologist. Such an order, does not cause any prejudice to either of the party. 8.
For all the aforesaid reasons, we are not inclined to interfere in this writ petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed.
