The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.34/2018 registered under Sections 452/354/506/509/323/427/147/148/149 IPC at PS Pul Prahladpur. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

Status report reveals that the nature of injuries could not be ascertained as both the victims had left the hospital without X-ray as suggested.

It is informed that the co-accused have since been released on bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the role attributed to the petitioner in the crime, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on

furnishing personal bond in the sum of `30,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required. 5.

The bail application stands disposed of.
