O R D E R

% 23.07.2018 It is not in dispute that the petitioner had ten cases, pending against him, out of which seven cases have been amicably settled, in one case he was acquitted. The present case and another one are still pending. The petitioner has already been protected from arrest by this Court's order dated 21.05.2018. He has joined investigations. He is directed to continue do so, as and when required by the police.

In view of the aforesaid circumstance, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No.

34/2018 under Sections 323/427/452/354/506/509/147/148/149 IPC registered at Police Station Pul Prahladpur, New Delhi, he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall continue to participate the investigation as and when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer; (ii) he shall made no attempt, directly or indirectly, to contact the

complainant or her relatives or close associates; (iii) he shall provide his mobile phone number to the investigating officer which shall be kept operational at all times, so that the police could contact him;

(iv) he shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (v) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith.

Any observation made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.

The petition is disposed off.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties under the signature of the Court Master. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
