Mr. Tushar Sannu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/s, submits, that a hearing has been scheduled on 22.04.2026 before the State Transport Authority (STA) wherein the petitioner would be duly heard with regard to his request / grievance regarding grant of a stage carriage permit.

It is further informed that the matter would thereafter be considered by the STA in a meeting scheduled on 05.05.2026, wherein an appropriate decision shall be taken.

It is agreed that a decision once taken shall be duly intimated to the petitioner expeditiously.

petition as regards the alleged non-compliance with the directions contained in the order dated 19.08.2025, passed by State Transport Appellate Tribunal (STAT) in Appeal No. 520/2021.
