The present Writ Petition is filed against the Order dated 01.10.2024 (hereafter 'impugned order') passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in O.A. No. 527/2021.

The Petitioner came to the learned Tribunal with a prayer that he has been wrongly denied promotion.

During the pendency of the OA, the Petitioner was promoted vide order dated 05.07.2021. Taking note of the same, the OA filed by the Petitioner was disposed of.

The Petitioner now prays that he should have been promoted from the year 2019.

Since a fresh order has been passed on 05.07.2021, the Petitioner, if so, advised may file fresh OA. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 06/04/2026 at 11:11:07

No ground, however, is made to interfere with the impugned order in this petition.
