Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

The learned Counsel for the Appellant, after arguing at some length, states that the Appellant may be permitted to withdraw the Appeal, however, some observations may be made so that the writ petition itself is decided at an early date.

The learned Single Judge while passing the interim order dated 29.04.2025, which is under challenge herein, had noticed that the writ petition itself was listed for final hearing on 17.07.2025, however, it appears that the Petition could not be decided on the said date and even thereafter. 4.

In the aforesaid circumstances, we dismiss the Appeal as withdrawn. 5.

However, we request the learned Single Judge to expedite the proceedings of W.P. (C) 13292/2022 and dispose it of as early as possible. We also permit the Appellant to move an application for early hearing of the writ petition.
