Mr. Ajay Digpaul, who appears on advance notice, says that the Look Out Circular (LOC), which was issued qua the petitioner was withdrawn on 14.03.2017.

Having heard the statement of Mr. Digpaul, learned counsel for the petitioner says that she does not wish to press the writ petition any further and that she would like to withdraw the same. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse to an appropriate action in accordance with law.
