This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India laying a challenge to impugned order dated 14.10.2025.

Mr. Nishant Gautam, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and takes an objection to the maintainability of this writ petition on the ground that there is an alternate statutory remedy of filing an appeal under Section 91 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999. 9.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy of appeal.
