O R D E R

% 08.04.2017 The matter has been settled between the parties. In both the cases it has been agreed that out of the total awarded amount of `11,20,618/- along with interest which has been deposited by the insurance company with

the Registrar General of this court, an amount of `2,10,000/- shall be released in favour of the insurance company and the remaining amount shall be released in favour of Mrs.Ashma in MAC.APP.767/2014. The statutory amount of `25,000/- which has been deposited by insurance company shall be refunded to insurance company.
