Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to inadvertence it has marked the annexures incorrectly and prays for a liberty to him to do requisite correction(s).

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh one. While filing the fresh writ petition, the petitioner shall indicate the reasons for approaching the Court after 20 months.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
