% 12.04.2017 Learned counsel for the first respondent, the Registrar of the Cooperative Societies states that in view of the order of this court dated 08.08.2016 in Writ Petition (C) No. 2197/2016 Raman Vihar CGHS Ltd. Vs. The Registrar Co-operative Societies and Anr., cases of undisputed members would be put up before the Rule-90 Committee, which is to meet on 28-04-2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner herein submits that the petitioners 7

in number are undisputed members. Learned counsel for the first respondent does not dispute the said position.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, we dispose of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case any need arises.
