Learned Additional Solicitor General of India has produced two notifications dated April 18, 2016 i.e. of today's date. The notifications have to be published in Part-II (ii) of the Gazette of India. The Government of India Press at Mayapuri, Ring Road, New Delhi has been communicated the two notifications.

On the assurance that necessary orders would be issued today itself and hopefully by the next 2-3 days the notifications would be published W.P.(C) 2940/2016

we dispose of the petition as infructuous since BIFR as well as AAIFR would now be functioning.

It is hoped and expected that the limited grievance of the petitioner would be heard expeditiously by BIFR.

The grievance is to not even a preliminary hearing being accorded to the scheme of revival/rehabilitation of the petitioner which was circulated on October 13, 2015. 4.

No costs.
