Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

This Petition purportedly Public Interest Litigation Petition has been filed with a prayer seeking a direction to the Respondents to implement the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Jigya Yadav (Minor) (Through Guardian/Father Hari Singh) v. C.B.S.E. (Central Board of Secondary Education) & Ors., (2021) INSC 303 Civil Appeal No. 3905 of 2011 decided on 03.06.2021.

Mr. M.A. Niyazi, learned Standing Counsel representing the Central Board of Secondary Education ("CBSE") has submitted that in compliance of the said judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, incorporated appropriate amendments in the byelaws.

For redressal of his grievances, the Petitioner has already represented the authorities. The representation made in this regard have been enclosed as Annexures P-2 and P-4.

Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the claim of the respective Parties, we dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to CBSE to consider the grievances raised in the said representations and to take a conscious decision which may be permissible under law. The said decision shall be taken with expedition and shall also be communicated to the Petitioner.
