By virtue of the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek setting aside of the notice dated 26.08.2025 issued under Section 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR No.407/2019 dated 17.08.2019 registered at PS: Dwarka under Section 174A of Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
Issue notice.

Learned APP for the State accepts notice.

Without traversing to the merits of the matter, on instructions from the concerned IO he submits that the aforesaid Notice has only been issued to the petitioners to call for the requisite details, if any, available The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. with the petitioners, and is not in the nature of any proceedings seeking to arrest them.

In view thereof, and even otherwise learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready and willing to join the investigation and participate therein in accordance with law, and as such, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law, if and when reuqired. 6.
Accordingly, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
